The Proposals Manager is responsible for leading teams through the WSP Work Winning Lifecycle, from capture to handover. They will collaborate with business leaders and technical specialists to develop winning bid strategies and compelling, high-quality proposals.
Candidates must be qualified to degree level and hold at least an APMP Foundation certification. Strong project management skills, effective communication, and experience within the environmental or earth sciences sector are required.

Working on business strategic opportunities, our work is critical in delivering the objectives of our business. You will be responsible for leading teams through the WSP Work Winning Lifecycle, from Capture to Handover.
A little more about your role…
As a Proposals Manager, you will be assigned opportunities which you will take through the WSP Work Winning Lifecycle. In collaboration with business leaders, technical specialists and proposal professionals, you will: form winning teams to position WSP and influence our clients; create compelling win strategies; develop quality and profitable proposals; and efficiently handover from bid to delivery teams to allow for smooth mobilisation.
Alongside your involvement in leading bids, you will be required to engage in maintaining our bid knowledge library, supporting work winning improvement initiatives and support our ongoing drive to integrate AI and continuous improvements to all stages of the work winning lifecycle.
