Procon is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide full-time, onsite construction management and owner’s representative services in support of federal construction projects in the Washington, D.C. area. This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong renovation experience, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate effectively among government stakeholders, design teams, contractors, and consultants. This role requires various skills and experience as listed below.
This position does not offer employment visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Qualifications and SkillsThis position requires regular onsite presence in an active construction environment. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
