Entek HVAC is looking for a Commercial HVAC/R Service Manager to lead and grow our commercial service division throughout the Greater Portland-Vancouver market.
We’re not looking for someone who simply manages today's workload. We’re looking for a builder.
The ideal candidate has a proven history of leading commercial mechanical service teams, developing technicians, building customer relationships, improving margins, and growing service revenue. An established network of commercial customers, technicians, vendors, and industry contacts is highly valued.
This is an opportunity to take significant ownership of a growing service operation and make a measurable impact on revenue, profitability, customer relationships, technician development, and long-term growth.
This isn't a position where you'll simply inherit a service department and maintain the status quo.
You'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of the commercial service business, build a talented team, strengthen customer relationships, improve profitability, and expand Entek's presence throughout the Portland-Vancouver market.
