The Account Executive is responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration services to existing and prospective clients. They must also manage the full sales cycle, including estimating projects, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the profitability of installations.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical projects market. A strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to perform cost-benefit analyses and contract estimates are required.

Outside Sales position plays a critical role in the support and growth of our Mechanical business. Excellent problem-solving abilities and superior communication skills are key attributes. The successful candidate must exhibit an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional “customer first” attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
The salary range is $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data. The base salary is just one component of GDI Ainsworth’s total compensation package, which also includes additional rewards and benefits such as short-term incentives and health insurance, among others.
