The machine operator will set up and operate various manufacturing machines such as lathes, mills, and CNC equipment according to blueprints and process sheets. They are also responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Candidates must possess basic math skills, the ability to read instructions in English, and the physical capability to handle heavy components. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for an entire shift in a shop environment are essential.

The base salary range above represents the low and high end of Martin’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be within the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
