Our StoryMarmon/Keystone is currently recruiting for the position of Quality Assurance Specialist based out of our Norcross, GA facility. The Quality Specialist serves as the site-level quality representative responsible for supporting daily quality operations, process compliance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing and distribution environment. This role works closely with Operations, Quality & APQP Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure product conformity, customer satisfaction, and adherence to established quality management system requirements.
The Quality Specialist provides "boots-on-the-ground" quality leadership by supporting warehouse operations, processing equipment, fabrication cells, and customer-specific requirements while advancing Built-In Quality (BIQ) principles throughout the facility.
This position is primarily shop-floor based and requires routine interaction with machine operators, warehouse associates, supervisors, and support personnel. Limited travel may be required for training, audits, and support activities.
