Interact with Laboratory leaders and DOE reviewers to resolve complex project controls issues, escalating significant risks, recommendations, and compliance concerns to the PMO Director as needed.
Create, maintain, and monitor PMO project controls metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and advising the PMO Director on trends, risks, and operational efficiencies.
Assist in oversight of project budgets by validating funding profiles, cost estimates, and performance data provided by PCA's and advise on impacts, risks, and corrective actions, supporting PMO Director visibility into portfolio resources.
