The Quality Engineer will lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues using advanced problem-solving methodologies and ensure compliance with IATF16949 standards. They are responsible for managing PPAP documentation, conducting internal audits, and liaising with customers to maintain high product quality standards.
Candidates must hold a university degree in an Engineering field and possess at least 5 years of experience within an IATF16949 automotive manufacturing environment. Proficiency in advanced statistical techniques and problem-solving tools like Shainin Red-X, DMAIC, and 8D is required.

Our automotive products fall into Seating and Lumbar support group, the manufacturing processes include overmold, welding, coating, wire forming, CNC, helical & sinuous springs, and press. If you join our team, your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives.
What will you be doing?
COMPENSATION: Salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 based upon experience. In addition, we offer Great benefits including prescription, dental, optical, a company sponsored registered pension plan, optional RRSP, and more! |
