The Senior Design Project Manager will lead and coordinate design and construction teams while managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor agreements. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in construction or design roles, including 7 years in a Design/Design-Build Project Manager capacity. A Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license is required, along with U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
