The lead is responsible for managing daily production priorities, maintaining powder coating equipment, and ensuring the quality of the team's fabrication work. They also oversee material inventory, chemical treatments, and the training of personnel on fabrication and coating systems.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a 4-year college or technical degree preferred, alongside at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in operating industrial CNC fabrication equipment and interpreting mechanical drawings is required.

This position responsible for executing daily production priorities, reporting daily progress, and ensuring the quality of the team’s production work in your area of responsibility.
