The Senior Survey CAD Technician is responsible for preparing high-quality survey drawings, plats, and mapping deliverables based on field data and legal requirements. They also perform quality control on junior staff work and coordinate with project managers and field crews to ensure project compliance.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of CAD Technician experience and an Associate’s degree or technical certificate in drafting or surveying. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience with ALTA/NSPS surveys are required.

ETM is seeking a Senior Survey CAD Technician with an innovative mindset, strong time management skills, detailed oriented, good work ethic, a commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety in all aspects of survey work, and ready to make an impact in the communities that ETM serves.
The Senior Survey Technician’s primary role is to prepare high quality survey drawings, plats, and mapping deliverables based on field data, legal descriptions, and client specifications. Ancillary duties include reviewing the collected survey data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project scope, and providing technical guidance to junior Survey CAD Technicians.
