Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to synthesize large, disparate data sets into client-ready deliverables
Very strong project management skills, including the ability to develop workstream plans, forecast work effort, and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, and listening skills, with comfort leading conversations and providing feedback to executive-level clients
Ability to influence outcomes and behaviors with internal and external stakeholders without formal control
Demonstrated leadership skills, sound judgment, maturity, and integrity, with the ability to delegate effectively and develop others
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and thrive in an ambiguous environment with minimal direction and supervision
