The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of data center operations, including leading electrical and mechanical teams and ensuring safety and reliability. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 5-7 years of experience in mission-critical environments. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of direct management experience with non-exempt, shift-based employees is required.
