They are to coordinate the technical execution of projects from early due diligence through permitting, procurement, deployment handoff, and project closeout. They will serve as the primary liaison between Development, Design, Engineering, Utilities, Specialty Fabricators, Permitting Agencies, and Deployment to ensure projects are coordinated, constructible, and bid-ready.
