The Civil Engineer will perform site due diligence, design land development concept plans, and guide clients through the initial stages of construction projects. They will also conduct stormwater analysis, utility design, and earthwork calculations to ensure project constructability.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and possess 2-8 years of land planning experience in Chicago. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and the ability to interpret local zoning and stormwater codes are required.
