Responsible for the development and improvement of composite part fabrication processes, methods, and tooling. This includes designing tools, providing shop floor support, and leading the Manufacturing Engineering team.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience, or 15+ years of experience for non-degreed applicants. Proficiency in 3D CAD software and deep knowledge of composite aircraft industry specifications are essential.
Salary Range: $110-135,000 annually (DOE)
