Oversee the maintenance department and production lines to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Manage personnel, budgets, and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred. Candidates must have 5+ years of supervisory maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of CMMS systems.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance department, production lines, and facility systems to support safe, efficient operations. You will schedule work and personnel to meet production demands, maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and help achieve plant safety, reliability, and uptime goals while managing maintenance expenses.
More information about essential tasks and the facility will be shared during the hiring process. This role may require you to be in our manufacturing facilities. When visiting these sites, the physical requirements below may apply:
You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.
This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.
