Lead and supervise civil construction crews in the telecommunications industry, ensuring sites are prepared and work flows according to engineering drawings. Oversee safety practices, perform JHAs, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining client relationships.
Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Requires experience in excavating, concrete work, and the ability to travel frequently throughout the Pacific Northwest.
