QubicaAMF Worldwide LLC is looking for a safety-conscious welder to weld various production products used in the manufacturing of bowling equipment, such as Pin-spotters, Lane Cleaning Machines, Ball Returns, Furniture bases, and String Machines.
Weld various production products.
Maintain Company Quality Standards.
Assist in the construction and repair of jigs and fixtures.
Learn and operate various fabrication equipment.
Follows and maintains knowledge of safety protocol.
Consults blueprints to execute jobs and tasks to specification.
\nEssential Job Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfy each essential duty. The listed requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Ability to read drawings of 3-dimensional parts and to understand simple mathematical equations.
A high school degree or equivalent.
Use to handling large parts on your own.
Must have MIG and/or TIG welding experience.
Knowledge of welding methods for various types of metal.
Ability to read and work from blueprints.
Skill in using and caring for welding tools and equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Must be a Team Player.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires a high school diploma.
Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
Must be able to lift overhead and handle large parts.
Must be able to work the hours of 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, and overtime when required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a warehouse environment with elevated noise, dust, and activity. This is a non-temperature-controlled warehouse where temperatures can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. There is frequent exposure to moving parts.
TRAVEL REQUIRED:
No travel is required.

HOURS:
6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, and overtime when required.
PAY:
20-25 an hour, Paid Bi-weekly.
