The Shift Manager provides work direction to hourly union maintenance employees while managing safety, environmental, and quality issues. They are responsible for coordinating equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and developing PPM programs to ensure reliability.
Candidates must have heavy manufacturing experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills. A technical degree and supervisory experience in a union environment are preferred.
