Responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing systems and processes within a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. The role focuses on continuous improvement using lean principles and providing hands-on support for various welding operations.
Requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience with proficiency in welding processes and technical drawing interpretation. Experience with Pro-E CREO, laser cutting, and press brake operations is preferred.
Job Purpose

The Manufacturing Engineer will utilize lean principles along with knowledge of equipment and tools to effect change and continuous improvement. The work of the Manufacturing Engineer is often hands-on, interacting with shop floor personnel, the Engineering team and Manufacturing groups.
