A culture that gives back: We’re passionate about our communities. Every year, we dedicate paid time off for volunteering and encourage our team to use their talents to make a difference whether that’s mentoring students, serving local nonprofits, or getting hands-on in community projects.
A workplace that feels like you: We keep things relaxed and welcoming. Expect weekly happy hours, team lunches, a stocked kitchen, dogs in the office, and a casual dress code. It’s a space where you can be yourself and do your best work.

This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to all aspects of project management, with opportunities to gradually take ownership of projects over time.
This role is typically 80% office-based and 20% field-based, with travel to project sites within a 1–3 hour radius of the reporting location.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Support Project Managers across multiple active projects from inception to completion
Review initial project scopes and assist in developing project work plans with engineering teams and clients
Coordinate outage requests and sequencing plans with internal teams and contractors
Assist with procurement coordination for major and minor material/equipment needs
Coordinate environmental and non-environmental permitting review and submittals
Help prepare RFP packages, scopes of work, baseline schedules, and bid documentation
Participate in contractor bid evaluations and award recommendations
Facilitate or assist with pre-construction and project progress meetings
Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and financial forecasts
Maintain project documentation and navigate client systems for project tracking and reporting
Communicate project updates related to schedule, costs, procurement, safety, and construction progress
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and field teams
Spend time in the field to stay engaged with project progress and better understand project scopes
Collaborate regularly with schedulers and project teams to maintain detailed project schedules
Requirements
