The MEP BIM/CAD Technician will develop detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and models using BIM and CAD software. They are responsible for interpreting design information and ensuring all project deliverables adhere to established standards and procedures.
Candidates must hold an associate degree in architecture, interior design, computer-aided design, or a related field. Proficiency in BIM/CAD software, specifically AutoCAD and Revit, is preferred along with strong attention to detail.
