The Sales Engineer is responsible for implementing sales strategies for the Crouse Hinds portfolio within an assigned territory and vertical. They will manage technical-commercial proposals, conduct client visits, and coordinate with channel leaders to meet sales objectives.
Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics fields, with at least 5 years of sales experience. Proficiency in consultative selling, reading electrical plans, and English at a B1 level is required.

Función principal del trabajo:
Implementar y ejecutar la estrategia de venta en el vertical y zona geografica asignadaen CSAR para el portafolio de Crouse Hinds, mediante la identificación de las necesidades de los clientes (Usuario final, Firmas de ingeniería, Constructoras), la gestión de propuestas técnicas-comerciales y la negociación durante el proceso de ventas, con el propósito de asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta establecidos en alineación con los requerimientos legales, normativos, corporativos y de clientes.
Responsabilidades laborales:
• Lograr el cumplimiento de la meta de ventas asignada.
• Contactar y visitar clientes clave para su mercado vertical y zona geográfica de manera constante, garantizando la detección de oportunidades de venta del portafolio de productos Crouse Hinds & B-line.
• Realizar especificación técnica de nuestro portafolio de productos y soluciones a cuentas estratégicas como usuarios finales, empresas de ingeniería, constructoras y fabricantes de maquianria, con el fin de convertirlas en oportunidades de negocio.
• Gestionar las solicitudes de cotización con las áreas de Propuestas y Estimaciones asegurando que cumplan con todos los requisitos comerciales y técnicos con base en la identificación de las necesidades de los clientes.
• Coordinar con los Lideres de Canales la revisión de las órdenes de compra que llegan de los distribuidores.
• Desarrollar e impartir presentaciones técnicas para clientes.
• Diligenciar el CRM y actualizar continuamente las actividades, oportunidades, contactos y ofertas para los clientes asignados.
• Generar visibilidad de materiales futuros para junta SIOP a través del proceso establecido.
• Traer información de mercado y de la competencia, que permita al equipo de Gerencia desarrollar estrategias comerciales en cuanto precios y rentabilidad.
• Realizar todas las acciones de venta de manera profesional dentro del código de ética de Eaton y garantizando siempre el buen nombre de la compañía en el mercado.
• Apegarse en todo momento a las políticas corporativas de Eaton relacionadas con desempeño de su función.
• Cualquier función adicional alineada a su cargo, que se requiera para la operación del negocio.
