The Senior General Ledger Analyst performs complex accounting activities within the Record-to-Report function, including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis. The role also involves supporting audit requests, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and driving process improvements and automation.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and possess 4-6 years of progressive experience in General Ledger or Corporate Accounting. Strong proficiency in financial reporting, month-end close processes, and experience in multinational or shared service environments are required.
