Reporting to the Controller, the Commission Lead – Latin America is responsible for helping to ensure that Emerson Automation Solutions – Latin America locations have world-class financial and business processes over the Commission Incentive Program provided for both Emerson sales force and third-party representatives to ensure compliance with Anti-Corruption laws and other internal policies and procedures.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• In this role, the Commission Analyst will work with in-country inside sales associates, sales teams, and other individuals to review and validate commission amounts earned by employees and intermediaries, resolve commission-related issues, maintain the commission master file and exceptions, and other ad-hoc projects. 
• Additionally, the commission analyst is responsible for keeping records of sales and commission data analyzed to support the analysis prepared. 
• This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and learning. With high exposure and interaction with management, it requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a high degree of integrity. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, ambitious individuals who can work both independently and as part of a cross functional team and are seeking an opportunity to make a difference.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Pursuing a degree in Business or Accounting 
• Knowledge of accounting terms, financial activities as accounts payable and receivable, customer service attendance.
• Excel - Intermediate level
• Intermediate English (B2)
• Portuguese is a plus
• Knowledge of Oracle and SharePoint
