The Senior Tax Analyst is responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual fuel excise and environmental tax returns while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They also conduct tax research, reconcile liability accounts, and support audit activities to resolve jurisdictional tax issues.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting and possess at least five years of experience in filing US fuel excise tax returns. Proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle or PDI and advanced Excel skills are required for this role.
Under the direction of the Tax Supervisor and Manager, this role involves supporting federal, state, and local tax compliance across all World Kinect Corporation entities. Responsibilities include audits, research, filing, payments for related liabilities, and maintaining tax records.
