Lead the preparation of detailed electrical cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for hyperscale data center projects. Partner with engineering and procurement teams to manage risks, perform value engineering, and ensure cost certainty throughout the project lifecycle.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management and at least 7 years of experience in electrical estimating for mission-critical infrastructure. Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to support the delivery of large‑scale, mission‑critical data center programs. This role is central to the commercial planning and execution of hyperscale facilities, where electrical infrastructure represents a significant portion of total project cost, schedule risk, and operational performance.
The Senior Electrical Estimator will lead the development of detailed electrical estimates for power distribution, backup generation, and critical systems, providing commercial and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This role works closely with engineering, construction, and procurement teams and requires strong technical expertise, sound estimating judgment, and experience in fast‑paced, standardized delivery environments.
Candidates for this role must be physically based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Remote work is permitted only from within the United States; candidates located outside the U.S. cannot be considered for remote employment.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $130K-$170K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
