Overview
As Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing for CONNECT, you will lead the strategy and execution of impactful, data‑driven marketing experiences that deepen customer engagement and accelerate growth across our SaaS business. You will own the full lifecycle strategy for CONNECT—spanning email and emerging channels—to acquire, activate, engage, and retain users while driving measurable gains in revenue, active use, and customer lifetime value.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic leader within the Ecosystem & Platform Marketing team, elevating the CONNECT experience through communications excellence and high‑value engagement programs. You will partner closely with Portfolio, Customer Success, Partner Marketing, Sales, and Digital Campaign teams to design and deliver exceptional experiences that scale globally. You will oversee global customer communication strategies and optimize operations to ensure users are supported, informed, and empowered throughout their journey with CONNECT.
Key Responsibilities
Design orchestrated, multi‑step lifecycle journeys for CONNECT prospects using behavioral triggers, predictive insights, and personalized messaging to accelerate discovery, evaluation, and conversion.
Lead the end‑to‑end communication and engagement strategy for CONNECT from initial discovery through onboarding, activation, post‑sale engagement, and long‑term retention.
Create innovative engagement strategies that encourage customers to adopt CONNECT, including personalized offers and AI‑driven recommendations.
Analyze product usage patterns, behavioral signals, and customer cohorts to identify lifecycle opportunities, friction points, and moments where targeted engagement can drive deeper adoption.
Develop in‑app notifications, prompts, and guided journeys that increase awareness of new features, reinforce product value, and encourage continuous usage.
Implement A/B and multivariate tests across channels and journey stages to optimize messaging, timing, offers, and in‑app experiences.
Create and refine audience segments using demographic, firmographic, and behavioral data to deliver highly relevant lifecycle communications.
Partner with Portfolio, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Campaign, and Brand teams to align lifecycle programs with CONNECT’s strategic objectives and customer needs.
Manage and enhance automated lifecycle workflows in marketing automation platforms, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Create targeted onboarding and adoption campaigns that highlight new CONNECT capabilities, drive awareness, and encourage customers to explore and adopt emerging features.
Deliver clear reporting and insights on journey performance, engagement trends, adoption metrics, and lifecycle impact to stakeholders.
Share insights and progress updates with senior stakeholders to demonstrate performance against sales targets, adoption goals, and overall CONNECT engagement objectives.

8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS building and managing Marketing campaigns delivered via digital channels
BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
Deep understanding of customer engagement strategies
Proven track record of building and managing customer lifecycle campaigns across scalable digital channels
Expertise in designing and orchestrating automated, AI‑enhanced lifecycle journeys, including advanced audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, dynamic offer delivery, and continuous experimentation to optimize targeting and conversion across channels.
Strong work ethic, project management and organizational skills
Ability to translate strategic objectives into integrated, cross‑functional solutions that align and mobilize multiple teams.
Strong communication skills, with experience presenting strategy and performance insights to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Sales
Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Power BI, and Pendo a plus.
