The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining mechanical equipment and rotating machinery throughout the facility. Key duties include performing preventative maintenance and repairing high-pressure steam and pump systems to ensure safe plant operation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in an industrial plant setting. Proficiency with rotating equipment, precision tools, and the ability to pass a physical exam and drug screen are required.

Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining mechanical equipment throughout the facility in a safe and productive manner. This is a full- time, non-exempt, union position and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate must be willing to become a Bargaining Unit Member of the IBEW Local 614. This position is located in Philadelphia, PA.
