The technician will perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems across commercial buildings. They are also responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and supervising subcontractors.
Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 2-3 or equivalent in an electrical discipline and have experience in commercial building services. Strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of electrical regulations are essential for this role.

NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a market-leading, forward-thinking company to be part of a team looking after 5 commercial buildings (all the buildings are within 5 minutes’ walk of each other) contract based in the city centre of Manchester.
