We lead and manage the bids that deliver most of the company’s revenue and profit. Work Winning is split into three areas: Natural Resources; Transportation; and Central. The Central team is the shared, creative and knowledge management team. It services the two divisional teams, each comprising of bid managers and estimators. The Natural Resources Work Winning team works across three sectors: Water; Energy; and Defence & Nuclear Energy
The Senior Systems and Performance Manager’s purpose is to be responsible for managing work winning transformation and continuous improvement initiatives and for providing the management information and controls needed to run and report on work winning performance.
