Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on QA/QC experience in mechanical and electrical inspection roles within critical infrastructure or data centers. A Level 7/8 degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering is required, along with proficiency in quality management documentation and site-based inspection processes.

About the Role
As Whitewater Group continues to expand internationally across multiple markets, we are seeking a QA/QC Engineer to support the delivery of quality assurance and quality control activities across complex mechanical and electrical projects within critical infrastructure and data centre environments. This role will provide hands-on inspection support to ensure alignment with the OSM build programme, working closely with the Lead QA/QC Engineer to execute daily inspection activities, including ITPs, tagging processes, NCR tracking, and documentation submissions. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining quality standards across fabrication and module stages, as well as supporting on-site inspections and handover activities when modules are delivered to client sites. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented engineer who can work across multiple disciplines and subcontractors, ensuring consistent quality control, compliance, and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Your profile
Minimum 3 years’ hands-on QA/QC experience in an inspection role
Mechanical and electrical walkdown and inspection experience
Experience with tagging processes in datacentresor critical infrastructure
Experience executing ITPs and raising NCRs on live projects
Familiarity with FAT and commissioning activitiesadvantageous
Methodical, detail-oriented, and wellorganisedunder pressure
Able to work independently once direction is provided
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working across multiple teams and disciplines
Willingness to travel within Europe for short-term project assignments

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out walkdown inspections at key build milestones across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works
Support the tagging process,maintainingaccuratetag status records throughout the build
Execute ITPs andmaintaincomplete quality records throughout the project lifecycle
Raise, track, and close out NCRs
Review vendor and subcontractor documentation and manage submissions
Support FAT activities, including witnessing testing, snagging, and close-out
Travel to client sites post-delivery to support on-site inspections and handover
