Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field along with extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical delivery risks is essential.
As a Microsoft Datacenter Engineering Design Manager, you will report directly to the Sub-Regional Design Program Manager, assigned to manage the engineering scope, schedule, and budget for greenfield, brownfield and retrofit engineering / design projects through all stages of the project from site due diligence, design and construction as assigned in Vaasa, Finland and in other EMEA locations as required.

As a CO+I Datacenter Engineering Design Manager, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Finland is € 65,000.00 - € 110,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
