Manage the engineering scope, schedule, and budget for datacenter projects from due diligence through construction. Provide technical direction and leadership while overseeing internal and external resources to ensure project delivery aligns with capacity roadmaps.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field along with extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical delivery risks is essential.
As a Microsoft Datacenter Engineering Design Manager, you will report directly to the Sub-Regional Design Program Manager, assigned to manage the engineering scope, schedule, and budget for greenfield, brownfield and retrofit engineering / design projects through all stages of the project from site due diligence, design and construction as assigned in Vaasa, Finland and in other EMEA locations as required.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Finland is € 65,000.00 - € 110,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
