Your tasks

• Assists in the company’s monthly, quaterly and yearly closing and KPI reporting. Prepares monthly reporting of actuals in TM1 as well as reporting of financial figures based on specific requests and provides comments;
• Performs monthly in-depth deviation analyses and supports, upon necessity, Supervisory Board Reporting, CFO reporting and other stakeholders;
• Delivers and constantly improves efficient, reliable and timely core controlling activities, including financial reporting, budgeting and financial planning (MTP);
• Ensures proper and timely management reporting and adequate archiving and maintenance of developed analyses and reports;
• Provides the reports in compliance with the reporting calendar;
• Ensures all process work is carried out according to internal procedures (OPGS and Borealis) and regulations, accurately reported; measures and evaluates process improvements;
• Conducts end-to-end process analysis for implementation of new activities/business requirements;
• Ensures compliance with issued controlling guidelines and standards;
• Supports the identification of potential risks in area of expertise of OPGS Borealis Business Services and proposes respective solutions for risk mitigation;
• Contributes to the internal activities related to OPGS Borealis Business Services eficiency and performance mesurement and reporting (like KPIs, Activity index, etc).

Your profile

• Master Diploma: Finance/ Controlling;
• Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years preferably in controlling, finance & accounting in the oil industry;
• Experience with SAP Controlling related modules, TM1 database;
• Very good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office;
• Good knowledge of planning and economics, controlling, finance and financial management (Opex, Capex);
• Good knowledge of software used within Controlling Department (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Good knowledge and understanding of related legislations/norms, internal rules/guidelines, in multiple areas/team level;
• English  language skills advanced.
