The Reward and Global Mobility Manager is responsible for leading the operational delivery of global reward programs, including salary reviews, performance management, and incentive cycles. They will also conduct market benchmarking, job evaluations, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

As the Reward and Global Mobility Manager you will be accountable for leading and continuously improving the operational delivery of Scatec’s global reward and mobility programme, ensuring core processes are delivered consistently, efficiently and in line with business needs.
The role holder owns the end-to-end delivery of key annual reward processes, including the annual salary review, performance management and Short-Term Incentive (STI) bonus cycle, global benchmarking, Long-Term Incentive and employee share-based programmes.
The role contributes to ensuring Scatec’s reward and mobility programme is well benchmarked, fit for purpose, transparent and easy to understand, supporting the company’s ability to attract, retain and incentivise employees across functions and geographies.
The role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented reward professional with strong numerical capability, sound understanding of compensation practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
As the Global Reward Operations Lead you will be responsible for owning, orchestrating and running key annual global reward processes across Scatec, as well as supporting the management and evolution of the global reward programme for a market leader in renewable energy, ensuring the programme remains competitive and aligned with the organisation’s strategy and business objectives.

Release is a flexible leasing agreement of pre-assembled and modular solar PV and battery equipment.
Release designs, finances and installs scalable solar power plants and battery storage and leases out the equipment on short- or long-term contracts. We guarantee equipment performance, provide 24/7 monitoring and operation and maintenance support, and train local resources to perform regular maintenance tasks. Focusing on medium and large energy consumers in emerging markets, we use our experience, competence, and global presence to make reliable solar power available to a larger audience. Release is owned and managed by Scatec ASA.
