Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various HR tasks, contributing to the effective delivery of HR processes and employee-related initiatives. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and procedures.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Support employee data maintenance and HR administrative processes in internal platforms, ensuring information is updated accurately and in line with approved requests and company procedures.
• Create HR tickets related to lifecycle events, such as transfers, leave requests, and separations.
• Perform pre-payroll validation checks for: salary changes, bonuses, employee data accuracy,
• Participate in employee meetings and provide administrative support for HR initiatives.
• Organize employee events in the base
• Assist with data management, reporting, and other HR administrative tasks.
• Contribute to a positive employee experience through timely and accurate support.

Essential Requirements:

• Graduated a Bachelor’s or currently pursuing Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Has a good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, with an interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• Motivated and eager to learn from HR professionals

The monthly compensation for the internship program is fixed for all interns and ranges between 4,444 - 5,000 RON gross.
