Lead and oversee the design and implementation of EMT, Paramedic, and Critical Care education programs. Ensure all training aligns with national and state standards while managing provider certifications and regulatory compliance.
Requires a current Texas Paramedic certification, an associate's degree in an EMS-related field, and 3-5 years of EMS field experience. Must be a certified EMS Instructor or be able to obtain certification within six months.
POSITION SUMMARY
Allegiance Mobile Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Education Specialist to lead and advance clinical education initiatives across the organization's initial and advanced EMS education programs. Reporting to the Clinical Education Manager, this position is responsible for the successful design, implementation, and oversight of EMT, Continuing Education, Critical Care, and Paramedic-level education across the organization. The Clinical Education Specialist utilizes BLS and Advanced Skills laboratories, simulation-based learning environments, and a learning management system (LMS) to deliver consistent, high-quality instruction aligned with current national and state standards.
