The Family Impact Manager focuses on enhancing the experience for families through engagement initiatives, event coordination, and community partnerships. Additionally, the role manages enrollment processes, student records, and daily campus operational tasks.

The Family Impact Manager (FIM) position will ensure an excellent experience for families while engaging with Democracy Prep at the Agassi Campus (DPAC.) Working in partnership with school leadership, the FIM will ensure each interaction and touchpoint with a DPAC staff member upholds our commitment to providing the best service to all families and community stakeholders.
The FIM role will play an integral part in the family engagement at Democracy Prep by owning and completing a variety of organizational, administrative and professional duties to support our families. Additionally, the FIM will support DPAC operations in streamlining the daily functioning of all operations on campus. As part of the Operations Team at school, the FIM plays a pivotal role in helping to ensure systems are in place for the school day to run smoothly.
First and foremost, we’re looking for a person who shares our unwavering commitment to the Democracy Prep mission of college success and authentic civic engagement for our scholars. Beyond that, we want a person who is hungry, humble, and smart. Our Family Impact Managers are skilled communicators who care deeply about educational equity and building lasting relationships with families through engagement at every point in their Democracy Prep scholars’ experience, from enrollment to attendance. FIMs are also people who have a passion for systems and organization, and understanding that strong consistent systems are a cornerstone of engaging with families. The FIM has the desire to be a part of a strong, results-driven team that is centered around our scholars and families.
