Position Overview This position is responsible for providing counseling to students by appraising their interests, aptitudes, and abilities to develop a career path and degree fit. This role typically provides supervision to lower-level staff directly or on a project basis but may serve as an expert or point of escalation for more complex projects or issues. Counsels students on academic pursuits through the completion of a degree program; connects students with available resources for academic success and personal/professional development; researches, evaluates, and delivers presentations on services provided. This position is responsible for creating and implementing programs related to student success and retention. |

Minimum Qualifications Master's degree and four years of experience in student affairs, student services, counseling, professional academic advising, or related experience. |
