The clinician provides essential clinical care, crisis intervention, and community outreach to a diverse student population of performing artists. Responsibilities include managing an active caseload, conducting psychological assessments, and providing immediate crisis stabilization as part of an emergency rotation.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field with active Massachusetts licensure. A minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling or crisis intervention, particularly with culturally relevant mental health care, is required.
