Job Description
- Zadania i obowiązki / Duties and responsibilities
- AP end to end process knowledge application in daily duties
2. Verification and posting of all the invoices and credit notes and payment data in the VIM and SAP program according to the Global Process and SOX controls within agreed SLAs.
3. Maintaining good relationships with customers through efficient and comprehensive answering questions and proactively addressing issues.
4. Effective cooperation with the team, supervisors, other departments of the company and Business Partners.
5. Reporting changes and addressing potential improvements in processes to Team Leader / Team Manager and timely documentation update.
6. Achievement of all the established goals both individual as well as whole department ones according to the operational metrics.
7. Continuous improvement of the quality of duties in accordance with received trainings.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external auditors (PWC, EY, SOX Teams, Corporate Audit etc.)
9. Compliance with the established order, procedures and time, in accordance with work rules.
10. Demonstrate initiative and innovation in the workplace. Addressing innovative solutions that improve the efficiency / productivity of the team's work.
11. Training delivery for new team members and daily support.
12. Increasing invoice throughput by maintaining and gathering data (also from other Team members) for supplier accuracy tracker.
13. Leading or participation in CI projects or other cross Team projects/ initiatives.
14. Representing AP Payment in internal and external meetings.
- Organize and lead meetings across GSCs and GSCs streams (e.g. AP/PSC/RTR etc.) and Process Owners community
- Close collaboration with CODA team in implementing automation solutions
- Leading transition of services to GSC according to transition methodology
- Fostering compliance and Global Policies framework
15. Demonstrate problem ownership and task coordination skills in day-to-day job.
16. Complex escalation handling.
17. Active back up for Team Leader / Team Manager
18. Perform other tasks assigned by Team Leader / Team Manager
