The Quality Technician is responsible for conducting product inspections, analyzing SPC data, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. They also perform equipment maintenance and collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred. At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in a quality-focused role or a STEM degree is required.

Position Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you play a critical role in ensuring that aluminum can products meet established quality and food safety standards. Your responsibilities include advising production teams on quality compliance, conducting inspections, and analyzing data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. By minimizing quality-related downtime and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, you enhance overall production efficiency and product integrity.
