Senior Digital Experience Specialist (26270060)

The Senior Digital Experience Specialist will collaborate with internal IT staff and business units to support the migration of legacy websites to Adobe Experience Cloud or alternative CMS solutions. With a business analyst mindset, this specialist will leverage expertise in contemporary digital solutions, proactively identifying and resolving challenges faced during the migration process.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal IT team members and other stakeholders to coordinate and support the migration of legacy websites to Adobe Experience Cloud or alternative CMS platforms;
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of various CMS solutions in the market (such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Wix Enterprise, WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.) and assist in evaluating their suitability for organisational needs;
• Understand and address technical migration challenges, including security considerations, DNS settings, VPN requirements, and other infrastructure concerns;
• Act as a key contact for troubleshooting migration issues, ensuring clear communication among IT staff and business users, and proactively resolving blockers in collaboration with the delivery team;
• Support the Digital Enablement and Solution Manager (DESM) in the exploration of digital experience products, including but not limited to enhancements and integrations such as Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO);
• Assist the DESM in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and solution comparisons to inform decision making for management and internal stakeholders;
• Adopt a presales mindset for internal users by helping align stakeholders on a value-based prioritisation of requested solutions;
• Collect and clarify business requirements from internal users, translate them into actionable user stories/acceptance criteria, and drive alignment with IT and delivery teams to meet demand; 
• Occasionally lead solution enablement initiatives end-to-end—from intake and planning through execution, testing, go-live, and closure—ensuring outcomes meet internal user requirements; and
• Take up other IT projects and assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related disciplines;
• At least 5-6 years of post-graduate experience in digital experience, business analysis, or similar roles;
• Hands-on experience with website migrations and multiple CMS platforms, including Adobe Experience Cloud and alternatives;
• Ability to analyse and compare digital solutions, considering organisational requirements, technical complexity, and integration potential;
• Strong problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to address security, DNS, VPN, and related technical challenges;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to support and co-create materials for management review;
• Experience supporting internal solution enablement, requirements gathering, and delivery coordination with cross-functional team; and
• Awareness of ESG principles and digital accessibility standards is an asset.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. 

The initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years.  Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding. 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
