Full job description
Are you obsessed with turning complex technical problems into products customers love?
Then look no further, and join us here at Hadrian as our newest Product Manager!
Who are we:
We are Hadrian - an offensive cybersecurity startup. We are reshaping the future of cybersecurity through the power of agentic AI injected with the hacker’s perspective. Founded in August 2021, we've secured funding and the backing of ABN AMRO Ventures and Cherry Ventures, propelling us into a new era.
Our goal is to provide companies with an autonomous Threat Exposure Management platform. At Hadrian, we view security through a hacker's eyes because, well, hackers understand hackers best. We continuously map the digital footprint of organizations, discover risks, and prioritize remediation for security teams to harden their external attack surfaces.
Located in Amsterdam's buzzing Leidseplein and by London's famous Paddington Station and our most recent US HQ in the heart of New York City, our diverse team from 25+ countries is on a mission to shake things up in offensive security. Join us in making waves and securing over 700 businesses, and be at the forefront of automated offensive security.
Your Role:
As a Product Manager at Hadrian, you will shape the future of autonomous offensive security by translating complex technical challenges into products that deliver meaningful value to our customers.
You will sit at the intersection of customers, hackers, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define product direction, and guide execution from discovery through delivery. You'll work closely with highly technical teams building capabilities that help security teams understand and reduce their external attack surface at unprecedented scale.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, makes sense of complex technical domains, and can confidently balance customer needs, business priorities, and engineering realities.
If you enjoy solving difficult problems, making data-informed decisions, and building products that push the boundaries of cybersecurity and AI, we would love to hear from you.
What you will do as a Product Manager at Hadrian:
Lead product discovery, working closely with customers, hackers, engineers, data analysts and the sales, and customer success team to identify product opportunities.
Translate customer problems and business objectives into clear product strategies, priorities, and actionable roadmaps.
Drive product delivery by partnering with engineering and design teams to refine requirements, scope initiatives, and ship high-impact solutions.
Establish strong feedback loops by defining success metrics, measuring outcomes, and continuously iterating based on customer and product insights.
Balance short-term customer needs with long-term product vision
Facilitate alignment across teams, ensuring stakeholders understand priorities, trade-offs, and delivery plans.
Contribute to Hadrian's overall product strategy and help elevate product management practices across the organization.
Take on a unique challenge. You'll help define how autonomous security products evolve in a world increasingly shaped by AI.
You are fit for this job because you:
Have 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment serving technical users.
Have experience building products for developers, security practitioners, or other highly technical audiences.
Are highly technical, curious and comfortable working closely with engineers, hackers, and data-driven teams.
Use AI as a key enabler to accelerate workflows and improve decision-making while maintaining a strong focus on customer value.
Have experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and turning insights into product decisions.
Excel at working with cross-functional teams and bringing clarity to ambiguous situations and competing priorities.
Demonstrate strong product judgement and can make informed decisions with imperfect information.
Have a bias for action and can turn opportunities into outcomes in fast-moving environments.
Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across different disciplines and levels of the organization.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in cybersecurity, offensive security, or security products.
Experience working on AI-enabled products or data-intensive platforms.
Familiarity with developer tooling, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or platform products.
Experience scaling product practices within high-growth startups or scale-ups.
A background in software engineering or other technical disciplines.
Contributions to product communities, speaking engagements, or thought leadership initiatives.
Benefits at Hadrian:
Permanent contract
Unlimited paid holiday
Stock options package
Mobile phone stipend
Work-from-home budget
Business travel card
Swapfiets
Referral bonuses
Why you want to be part of Hadrian:
