The Optical Technician will provide a world-class patient experience by assisting with frame selection, fitting glasses and contacts, and performing necessary optical measurements. They are responsible for supporting the medical needs of patients while maximizing retail sales through expert product recommendations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a customer or patient-facing role. Previous ophthalmic or medical office experience is strongly preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
