Handle incoming and outbound calls to resolve patient inquiries and service requests for retail pharmacy resources. Support pharmacy training efforts and ensure all patient data is documented accurately within company systems.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED with a preference for 0-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or healthcare customer service representative. Must be able to pass a drug test and continuous exclusion monitoring.

Job Summary: Entry level position. Works under direct supervision following standard procedures and best practices to accomplish assigned tasks, associated job training, assisting staff members to complete daily duties and answer incoming and making outbound calls independently. Provide support as needed to peers, leaders, and other Kinney Drugs administrative resources.
Preferred:0-2 years experience as Pharmacy Technician or Customer Service Representative in a health care related service.
$15.00 - 17.00 an hour
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
