Job Summary

Provide end-to-end technical operations, production support, application maintenance, deployment coordination, and incident resolution for the Dispute Management System (DMS) and CBG Electronic Statement of Account (eSOA). Ensure application availability, stability, security, compliance, and optimal performance while supporting business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 application support and perform root cause analysis for incidents, service disruptions, and production issues.
• Monitor application health, availability, interfaces, jobs, and system performance to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate application deployments, releases, and production cut-over activities with project, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams.
• Validate production readiness and ensure successful implementation of system enhancements, fixes, and releases.
• Maintain application documentation including technical specifications, operational procedures, support guides, and configuration records.
• Manage source code, configuration items, and release artifacts in approved configuration management repositories.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, information security, audit, risk, and operational policies.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis to support current and future business requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams and vendors to resolve complex Level 3 issues and implement permanent solutions.
• Support problem management activities by identifying recurring issues and recommending process or system improvements.
• Participate in disaster recovery exercises, system testing, and business continuity activities as required.
• Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, and metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support, systems operations, software development, or production support within financial services or a similar regulated environment.
• Knowledge Area: Application support lifecycle, incident/problem/change management, SDLC, release management, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, PostgreSQL, APIs (REST), IT service management, system integration, and production operations
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
