The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, documenting vehicle symptoms, and providing accurate cost estimates for labor and parts. They must monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and explain all completed work and charges to the customer.
Candidates should have a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant is considered a plus.
